Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mezban ("the Service") at mezbans.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Mezban does

Mezban is an AI-powered social media content generation tool for Indian restaurants and cloud kitchens. It generates Instagram captions, hashtags, WhatsApp broadcast messages, and AI images based on your restaurant profile, and allows you to publish content to your connected social media accounts.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
  • One account per restaurant. Multiple restaurants require separate accounts.

4. Content and AI generation

  • AI-generated content (captions, images) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
  • You retain ownership of your restaurant data and any content you create or publish.
  • We do not claim ownership of content generated on your behalf.
  • You must not use Mezban to generate or publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law.
  • AI-generated images are created based on your restaurant's profile and post context. You are responsible for ensuring published images accurately represent your restaurant.

5. Instagram and social media integration

  • By connecting your Instagram account, you authorise Mezban to publish content on your behalf using the Instagram Graph API.
  • You are solely responsible for all content published to your Instagram account through Mezban, including compliance with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
  • You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time.
  • Mezban is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Mezban to:

  • Publish spam, misleading promotions, or false advertising
  • Impersonate another restaurant or business
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits (we may apply rate limits to ensure fair access)
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international law

7. Pricing and payment

Mezban is currently free to use during its early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice to existing users. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service temporarily without notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mezban is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from AI-generated content, social media posting errors, or account suspension by third-party platforms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@mezbans.in.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
